Taking a Break

Filed under: Uncategorized — by madibug @ 5:27 pm

From the facts about Madi. Y’all were probably getting pretty sick of them anyway. I am such a happy child these days. The only thing that could make me happier would be… to be out of high school. I’m tired of it.

#14 Madi Notices Things

Filed under: Uncategorized — by madibug @ 12:11 am

If you have known me for any decent amount of time, you have probably noticed this. I pick up on the strangest, most minute details. I actually enjoy this because I see a good bit of things that lots of people do not. I seem to quickly pick up on the emotions of people. I haven’t decided if this particular thing is a curse or a gift because it sometimes really stresses me out. When I can  accurately tell what a person is probably feeling, it makes me want to make all of the bad things right. I know there’s no possible way that I can control the emotions of others, but sometimes I wish that I could; although, it is so very rewarding when you can ease an awkward social situation for a person or comfort someone who never said that they were having a bad day. I suppose it is a gift. : )

On a lighter note, I also pick up on obnoxious things. Obnoxious things like pens and pencils out of place, lint on a shirt, a necklace chain being backward, a sparkle on someone’s forehead…things like that. Maybe it’s just the Obsessive Compulsiveness in me coming out. I dunno, but I do know that I make myself laugh sometimes. : )

#13 Madi is a Procrastinator

Filed under: Uncategorized — by madibug @ 12:45 pm

That is a sad, but very true fact. I put things off until the last possible moment. (Unless it’s something that I am extremely excited about). I will do all kids of ridiculous things just to put off what needs to be done. I actually irritate myself with this habit. I wish that I wasn’t (weren’t?)  a procrastinator, but that’s just the way the cookie crumbles. Besides, I think that I work better under pressure.

#12 Madi Loves to Nap

Filed under: Uncategorized — by madibug @ 9:25 am

I can pretty much fall asleep anywhere. Of course, the sleeping process is better if I have my cozy Hello Kitty blanket and I am in my infamous nap spot. (With my feet by my headboard on the far left of my bed) I cannot nap in my bed in the same position that I sleep at night unless I intend for it to be an extremely long nap. Sundays are the best nap days. :)
